Memory Planning in my Heidi Swapp Memory Planner

So many memories, so many binders, traveler’s notebooks, and AWESOME STUFF!!  What does a girl do?!  Well I was so inspired by Jennifer Evans of @CreateOften and her beautiful Heidi Swapp memory planner that she posted on her Instagram on August 18, 2016 that I had to dust mine off and start recording my everyday memories.  Want to see what I did on August 28, 2016?  Keep reading.

It was a Sunday morning and we decided that we would take the kids to the beach and have some fun before the school year started.  My family came along with us and enjoyed their time with the kids, playing in the sand, water, walking on the pier, and fishing.  Lake Michigan was super cold but it was around 80 degrees that day, so it was a perfect beach day.

I wanted to document the fun memories we had.  What went perfect with this theme was Kelly Purkey Shop’s Beach Day stamp set and the pretty in pink striped card paper (part of the Queen Mini Kit).

So I went ahead and stamped away using StazON, a very black ink that stamps so well on photo paper and comes out super black.  I had so much fun choosing the colors, stamps, and format of this layout.  I loved the turnout but most of all, the memories that I have of that day.
